The Role: This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive to work and join an established team and make an real difference. The aims of this role will be to generate leads for the sales teams, support overall company revenue and retain subscription revenues for their award winning data and insights products. The Senior Marketing Executive will have excellent copywriting skills, knowledge of email marketing (ideally automation), website marketing and social media. The successful candidate must be confident to talk to all levels of stakeholder, both internally (sales, marketing, digital, production).

Responsibilities for the position of Senior Marketing Executive include:

  • Increase new business acquisition for the data and insights products, working effectively with the sales and editorial teams to drive subscription growth
  • Develop and co-ordinate activity across multiple channels including email, PPC, website, print, events and social media to drive lead generation, improve customer insight and sales conversion
  • Work with the Customer Engagement team to ensure consistent campaign messages across all contact points: Share all learnings and insights that drive performances
  • Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Delivering qualified marketing leads to the delegate and sponsorship sales teams
  • Developing the email behavioural nurture campaigns through inbound marketing tactics
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and reporting to them on campaign successes
  • Writing tailored marketing copy and content
  • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience in planning and executing integrated campaigns to generate leads for a sales team, required
  • Good knowledge of SEO, paid search, display and social media marketing, required
  • Good knowledge of Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), required
  • Strong email marketing experience (Marketo or Pardot is a plus)
  • A relevant marketing or business degree
  • Be career driven with a positive attitude
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role
  • A commercial and analytical mindset
  • Experience in managing campaign spend, ROI and CPAs, preferred
  • Track record of generating marketing qualified leads, and supporting sales pipelines, preferred
