THE COMPANY: A privately owned organisation operating at the premium quality end of their sector. They provide a range of adult and paediatric enteral feeding devices and consumables for use within hospital environments and an exciting opportunity currently exists for an autonomous, driven, new business-focussed and credible sales professional to manage and develop their business within the West Midlands.

THE ROLE: Within hospitals, the successful Sales Specialist will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within paediatrics / neonatal, nutrition, gastro, geriatrics, stoma, continence and and procurement, typically liaising with consultants and specialist nurses. Growth will come a lot from existing accounts as well as new ones. Candidates will preferably have a proven medical devices, consumables or pharmaceuticals sales track record, ideally with a healthy activity rate and new business success. Full company and product training will be given and career / earning prospects are very attractive.

The Package for Sales Specialist:

  • Basic: £33,000 to £37,000
  • Commission: £18,000
  • Car: £550 per month car allowance and generous mileage
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats, trip incentives etc.
