Working from home, you will oversee the management of key accounts and be out with the team daily. The ideal candidate will be based in the South East with good motorway links. Your team will be selling to independent flooring retailers, mainly managing existing business but dealing with tough accounts. To be successful in this role you must have field sales management experience!

Package: up to £55,000 basic, plus £15-20,000 commission!

The Company: A Multimillion turnover business, our client is a leading vinyl flooring specialist. Supplying luxury, high spec to commercial and residential customers, their range spans a global remit. Operating in American, Australasia and Europe and employing over 300 people, this company is still family owned and remain true to their roots.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Business to business sales – ideally retail or distribution
  • 3 years+ field sales management experience
  • Full driving licence
