Location: Scotland and North East England, looking for candidates in Central Belt of Scotland

Salary: £60-70,000 OTE £120-140,000 uncapped – Guaranteed £2.5k pm commission for 1st quarter.

The Role: This market leading data, technology and service provider are looking for an Sales Manager to lead their sales team. Managing a team of 2-4 people, you will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding, KPI’s and performance management, through to driving the growth of the sales team. You will also be client facing in this role with prospecting for new business and building your own account base.

As a Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Managing and growing a sales team of 2-4

· Setting KPI and revenue targets across the team

· Training and coaching of the team

· Defining and modifying the sales process where required

· Retain and grow existing customers via annual renewals and up / cross selling

· Winning new business in a targeted fashion

For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· 2 years plus sales management experience

· Used to a fast paced and driven environment

· Strong coaching and people development credentials

· Educated to Degree level

· Experience in selling data, analytics or technology
