THE COMPANY: Established for over a hundred years across a variety of healthcare disciplines and continuing to grow thanks to a real focus on customer service and support. This division specialises in the provision of a premium quality range of hip and knee implants and ancillaries, including some innovative new products with genuinely exciting benefit to patients and clinicians alike. They are currently seeking to recruit a driven, credible and passionate orthopaedics or surgical sales professional to further develop their business within the East Midlands and East Anglia.

THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager the successful candidate will be heavily new business-focussed, winning, managing and developing key clinical and procurement relationships within hospitals, typically talking to surgeons, consultants, ODPs and theatre teams. Due to the specialist and new business nature of the role it is preferred that candidates have a proven track record within orthopaedics sales, however those who have sold other products into theatre will also be considered. A medical or scientific degree will enhance your application. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is exciting and realistic for a high achiever.

The Package for Business Development Manager:

· Basic: £40,000 to £50,000

· Commission: £25,000+ uncapped

· Car: Fully expensed executive car
