The Role: This company are expecting growth and expansion as the business world begins to return to 'normal'. To reflect the changes in the market they are looking to expand their sales team with a new Business Development Manager. The role will involve all aspects of sales including prospecting new business over the phone, booking meetings and closing face-to-face.

The changing landscape of flexible and serviced office space will support the business objectives. Our client has a strong position within the market and are looking to acquire more commercial sites over the next year. The company need an aspirational, highly motivated salesperson who can step into a fun and driven office environment with a proven sales ability in the commercial property sector.

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing all new business and managing key relationships
  • New business calls, meetings and closing deals
  • Client retention strategy

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven business-to-business sales experience
  • Experience in selling commercial property is highly desired
  • Confident, articulate and passionate with a willingness to learn
  • Well present, professional and commercially astute
