  • Looking after 2 RSM’s, each responsible for field based sales teams
  • National remit, hands on approach with the team
  • Working with the wider management team
  • Responsible for deals of up to £1m across Multi- academy trusts (MATS)
  • Working closely with the internal sales team to drive activity

  
  
Requirements: Sales Director, Ed Tech SaaS

  • 2nd line management experience
  • Ideally have an understanding of Edtech/ Software into schools, MATS
  • Lead from the front sales management style
  • Experience in coaching, developing and mentoring managers
