Sales Development Representative

Location: London (Fully Remote Based)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus £20,000 - £30,000 uncapped OTE.

The Role: This Sales Development role is ideal for an proven and consultative Sales Development Representative with a background in the marketing services industry. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who is ready to share their expertise with a growing company, helping to establish and enhance best prospecting practises. Following this, the SDR will enjoy guaranteed progression, progressing into a SDR Team Lead, taking on managerial responsibilities, leading by example and coaching other SDRs to success.
Year 1 Goal - Help to establish best prospecting practices:
- Identify companies that can benefit from our client's award winning offering.
- Proactively engage and network with CMOs, using your previous experience selling to marketing decision makers.
- Take ownership of the beginning of the sales cycle by self-generating new opportunities.
- Use a mix of cold calling, email outreach and networking to attract new clients.
- Draw on your previous experience within the Marketing Services industry, by consistently exceeding sales targets.
Year 2 Goal - Build the companies SDR functionality by progressing into a SDR Team Lead:
- Recruit, onboard and train new SDRs.
- Share your sales expertise by coaching and mentoring your team members.
- Implement and share consultative sales strategies with your team.
- Lead by example, showing new team members what success looks like!

Requirements: For this exciting role with guaranteed progression, we are seeking individuals who fit the following criteria:
- 4 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven SDR experience is a must.
- Experience working in the Marketing Services industry is required.
- Experience selling to senior Marketing decision makers is required.
- A desire to lead by example, mentor and coach others is needed!
