The Role: A fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business. This role is a BDM that would suit any hungry, hardworking, and committed salesperson who is looking for a business who will truly invest in them and their personal development. The successful applicant will be responsible for selling licenses to a business intelligence platform that delivers key, clinical trial data to help pharmaceutical companies to understand their competitive landscape. This is a role that will normally be based from a recently renovated head office in Victoria but will immediately start remotely. The role will offer very strong, and realistic earning potential and promotion opportunities within your first 2 years.

The Company: Our client has grown to become one of the leading names in healthcare and pharmaceutical research and events. With over just under 200 employees in their London office they have two core specialisms: digital/in person conferences and pharmaceutical, research data. The latter is their current focus for growth in early 2021 and they are looking to take on pro-active and hungry salespeople who are keen to learn and develop. The business has a true desire to make people “love what you do” and this is ensured with a commitment to training, coaching, recognition of achievement and career progression.

As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Selling business intelligence licenses

· Driving new business and maintaining relationships

· Pitching to senior decision makers in the pharmaceutical sector

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· 1 + years proven B2B sales experience

· Highly motivated, proactive, and keen individuals

· Degree Education or above (Sciences preferred, but all welcomed)

· Experience working to regular KPI’s and targets
