THE COMPANY: A global giant who are a leading manufacturer across a wide range of healthcare devices, equipment, consumables and services markets. Continued growth and expansion means that a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a hungry, driven, flexible team player to join and support their sales team of five and customer base within the North and Scotland.
THE ROLE: The successful Sales Associate will enjoy an industry-leading introduction to the world of medical sales, learning all about the company’s products and route to market, supporting clinical cases etc. There will be a lot of travelling and staying away and typical contact will be with consultant surgeons, theatre managers, ODPs, nurses and procurement, as well as your five more experienced sales colleagues. Candidates must be either clinicians (e.g. an ODP, HCA or theatre nurse) or graduates who are looking to break into their first medical sales role. Full, structured product and company induction and training will be provided and career and earning potential within the division and company are outstanding.
The Package for Sales Associate:
- Basic: £25,000 to £28,000
- Commission: £5,000 to £9,000
- Car: Fully expensed company car
- Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, lunch, 21 days holiday + stats
