THE COMPANY: A long-established international organisation who provide premium quality solutions for their customer base. They manufacture a range of contrast media and injector capital equipment and ancillaries for use within imaging environments and a well-deserved internal promotion means that a great opportunity currently exists for a suitably experienced medical sales management professional to lead, train and mentor their UK sales team of 9.

THE ROLE: As Sales and Marketing Manager, successful candidate will enjoy a strategic role, leading a team of nine who are typically liaising within radiology, radiography, pharmacy and procurement / CCG / health board settings. Their contact level will be radiologists, radiographers, cardiologists, clinical pharmacists and buyers. Candidates must have at least 3 years’ experience managing a medical sales team, ideally with technical products. An ABPI, science degree or previous clinical background. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is attractive, as is the company culture.

The Package for Sales and Marketing Manager:

  • Basic: £65,000 to £75,000
  • Commission: 20%
  • Car: £1,000 per month allowance
  • Benefits: Healthcare, generous pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
