SALARY – $65,000 + SUPER
Founded as a business approximately 30 years ago, and with a strong focus on product innovation, and design, our clients are one of the world’s leading developers and manufacturers of Medical Equipment and associated consumables. With 2 operating business units, and a servicing customer in over 120 countries worldwide, our clients are a recognised and well respected player in their market sector whom are presently seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator/ PA who likes to see results from their efforts and be apart of a friendly team.
You will be based in their office in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne and reporting into the National Sales and Marketing Manager. This role is a crucial part of the business, assisting and helping with the operations of the sales team which them supports the wider sales business.
This role is heavily admin focused and will include but not limited to travel bookings, itineraries and agendas for the National Sales & Marketing Manager and their team. You will also be responsible for creating agendas and presentations for stakeholders internally, processing invoices, minute taking, preparing sales reports and data and event planning.
Our client is looking for someone who has worked in a similar role for a healthcare or pharmaceutical company preferable but others outside of these industries will still be considered.
Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication are a must for this role as well as being proficient in Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Initiative, ability to juggle multiple priorities, have the willingness to go to the extra mile and have a customer focused approach are also key qualities our client is looking for.
