THE ROLE: The role of Regional Sales Manager is split between new business development and account management, roughly a 70/30 split in favour of account management. New business will be gained from incoming enquiries, CRM and proactive self-sourcing. Selling a range of construction products used in universities, schools, hospitals, offices and flats, your points of contact will range from MD’S through to contractors. This region has massive potential hence the need to recruit an additional sales professional to make the most out of the opportunities within this area.
THE PERSON: If you would like to be considered for the role of Regional Sales Manager, then you must be able to demonstrate at interview that you have sold into the construction market. Your desire to succeed and ability to problem solve coupled with your autonomous nature will also make you the ideal candidate for this position. - Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
- Bonus: £8,000
