PACKAGE:

  • £33,000-£38,000 basic salary
  • OTE - +£10,000 first year (uncapped); Potential to double in Year 2

THE ROLE:

  • Recruitment Consultant - Marketing Division
  • Client Audience - predominately Business to Business organisations - both Product and Service-lead
  • Core Sectors - Technology, SaaS, Information Services, Professional Services, Business Services
  • Candidates/Job Functions - CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Content Marketing, Demand Generation Marketing
  • Work closely with the other recruitment divisions at BMS (Sales, Exec Search, Graduates, Engineering) to target companies working with BMS across other functions but not yet with marketing - warm introductions
  • Utilise a multi-touchpoint sales approach to developing new business relationships and to retain and up-sell existing accounts
  • Set up client meetings/calls to take briefs
  • Negotiate fee structures - both contingency and retained business
  • Utilise different channels to find and engage active and passive candidates in the market
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process from initial introduction through to offer/acceptance

Essential:

  • 2 years+ experience of agency recruitment, performing in 360-role or a 180-role with a desire to push into 360
  • Proven track record of business development and client management
  • A genuine passion for business development and building long-lasting relationships
  • Comfortable networking with all level of candidates and clients
  • Experience in developing and networking organisations within B2B

Desirable:

  • Experience in recruiting marketing professionals
  • An expert user of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Preferred knowledge of Technology/SaaS/Information Services/Professional or Business Services sectors
