The Role: Reporting into the Head of Marketing , this newly created Partner and Product Marketing Manager role is an important hire for the business. The role is being hired to support the businesses plan to rapidly grow and increase the amount of clients that they can bring on. The incoming Partner & Product Marketing Manager will work with multiple teams across the business in order to establish new processes with a key focus on lead generation and ROI.

The Partner & Product Marketing Manager will be a hands-on tactical marketer and will be passionate about technology and working within a start-up. The business needs people who are ready to work hard and take ownership of marketing activity which will help the business achieve its growth targets. If this happens then the opportunities and rewards are limitless.

If you have experience of working in a B2B start-up as a sole marketer or part of a small team then this is the role for you. You will be passionate, driven and ambitious, and be happy with ‘mucking in’ when needed to help this start-up succeed.

Responsibilities for the position of Partner & Product Marketing Manager:

  • Customers / Audience are kept up to date with all product developments and enhancements through effective copywriting, collateral development and webinar communication
  • Present technical product information in a clear, digestible and benefit led format
  • Accurately represent the brand to partners through the creation of bespoke collateral, slides, sales enablement tools and company profiles
  • Utilise analyst relations to grow the brand reputation, including but not limited to, drafting press releases and co-ordinating industry analyst calls with key stakeholders and customers
  • Showcase latest product developments by planning and executing in house webinars
  • Generating leads for the sales team
  • Providing analysis of campaign effectiveness that will support team and business growth

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience in a commercially focused marketing or product marketing role
  • Worked in a technology business
  • Have a passion for technology
  • Great copywriting ability
  • B2B brand awareness and lead generation marketing experience
  • An enthusiastic self starter who loves being part of a team
  • Tactically executed email, social media, website, digital, offline campaigns and webinars

The Package for Partner & Product Marketing Manager:

  • Salary: £33,000-38,000 + including great benefits.
