Paid Media Manager

The Role: The Paid Media Manager position is going to be pivotal to the future growth and success of the marketing department as a whole. The overall objective is to deploy a paid media strategy that will increase our client's global presence whilst generating revenue across new clients within the financial services arena. This will be achieved via multi-channel campaigns including paid social, paid search, display and retargeting. The successful candidate will have a data-driven approach, utilising reporting and analytics to maximise campaign ROI. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing this role will be working with a wider marketing team of 5 people.

Responsibilities for the position of Paid Media Manager include:

  • Responsible for defining the paid media strategy and execution across all channels.
  • Planning, optimising, implementing, and managing all paid digital campaigns across various media channels.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to align the PPC strategy to ensure it reflects and complements the SEO and organic social strategy.
  • Alignment with the wider demand generation team to support their campaigns through paid media.
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Working with agencies where applicable to support the wider paid media strategy.
  • Manage in-depth digital campaign analysis and reporting, as well as campaign optimisation strategies - from A/B testing to audience targeting optimisation.
  • Optimise paid digital spending to improve lead acquisition and conversion rate performance.
  • Build and manage reporting, dashboarding, and funnel analysis to provide learnings and recommendations on performance.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • 5+ years of paid digital experience in a B2B business
  • Experience running paid media in-house.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter Advertising, Display and Retargeting
  • Ideally experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience working within a SaaS or Tech business.
  • Good people skills to build relationships with the team and other stakeholders.
  • A self-starting attitude and desire to progress within the organisation.

The Package for Paid Media Manager

  • Salary: £50,000-£65,000
