Having recently invested a significant amount of resources to develop the NSW state, the company are now seeking to recruit an NSW State Sales Manager to take responsibility for the management of both the sales team and the NSW office.
THE ROLE: Based in NSW with overall responsibility for managing the sales team (i.e., sales strategy, training, coaching, forecasting etc…) you will also look after other reports for the company (logistics, operations, finance, truck drivers). This role will focus on managing the existing team of 30 employees in NSW and reporting back into the company directors. With a strong focus on the state’s performance, you will drive sales by pushing the performance of your sales team and maximizing opportunities.
THE CANDIDATE: A strong and motivated person, you will arrive with a proven sales management background. The candidate should have a strong knowledge of the building and construction market. Any building/construction sales management background will be considered; however, preference will be given to those people who have extensive experience or understating of the roofing game. Above all you will be a strategic highly organised leader who can take on a multi-faceted role with confidence. Having the ability to articulate your vision and approach to market will be highly regarded.
You will be rewarded with a highly competitive package which includes a base salary of up to $150K, Plus super, FMV, Mobile phone, Laptop, and performance driven bonus/commission plan.
The above package is suggestive and may be flexible depending on skills and experience.
