Candidate Location: Leeds
Package: £20-22,000 basic + £10,000 OTE paid monthly year 1

The Role: The role of the New Business Sales Executive is to contact prospective clients, understand their current needs and where you see a viable opportunity arrange a meeting with a more experienced member of the team to close. You will work as part of a supportive team as you look to schedule 10 meetings per month. You will receive excellent in-house training and be mentored and supported in the role by management as you look to grow into the next level after 12 months.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 1-year minimum b2b sales experience
- A background is Recruitment is seen as advantageous
- Experience engaging and managing director level prospects from first initial engagement through to close.
- Bright, articulate, with an obvious hunger for new business sales
- Can comfortably break down KPI’s and sales ratios
- Engaging telephone manner.
