THE COMPANY: A well-established, continually growing organisation with great heritage who operate at the premium quality end of their market and genuinely care about the wellbeing of their employees. They provide a range of dermatology products for use within primary and secondary care environments and pharmacies and a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a strategic, driven and supportive healthcare sales management professional to lead their field-based sales team of nine in the UK (candidate location needs to be England with good motorway access).

THE ROLE: As National Sales Manager the successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business, leading a team of people who are managing, winning and growing key relationships within primary care, hospitals and pharmacies, calling on consultants, dermatologists, GPs, tissue viability and practice nurses and pharmacists. Candidates need a scientific or business degree and at least 2 years’ experience managing a team who sell into primary care and pharmacies. Full company and product training will be given and career and earning prospects are very attractive indeed.

The Package for National Sales Manager:

  • Basic: £55,000 to £60,000
  • OTE: 20%
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
  • Benefits: Pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday + stats
