$130,000-140,000 Base + Super + $20K Car Allowance + $40k Bonus

The Company:

One of Australia’s market leading pharmacy and health product company’s has a current need for a motivated and structured National Field Manager to report to the Director of Sales to execute sales strategy across the country.

With excellent brand traction and a well-established account base, this role will provide both a challenge and reward for the successful applicant.

You will be supported by an inspiring leadership team, great culture and all of the tools necessary to achieve results and continued growth for one of Australia’s most respected companies in the industry.

The Role:

A true leadership role in that you will be working closely with 4 State Managers and a high performing team of 35 Reps across Australia.

You can expect to travel regularly with interstate trips likely once or twice a month.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leading a national sales force, servicing the Australian Pharmacy channel
  • Sales planning to achieve the business goals
  • Willingness to make changes in the business to meet market needs
  • Part of the management team, developing and implementing strategy
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales

The Candidate:

You will need to have several years in a sales management position within the Australian Pharmacy Channel. It’s important you’ve managed state managers as well as territory managers to be able to hit the ground running in this position.

Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified and have experience with key accounts and utilising modern systems and business tools to seamlessly integrate into the business.
