My client is an Australian owned and operated family business who have been supplying the local market for over 10 years.
They are a fast-growing organisation who supply a diverse range of products to the hospitality industry.
With a great managerial structure to support you, this company has plenty of scope for ambitious individuals who wish to grow within the business.
The Role: This position focuses on selling into Café’s across Australia.
10% of the role is managing existing customers, 90% is new business development.
You will need to be comfortable speaking to a variety of influencers and decision makers including Café owners and managers.
This is an autonomous field sales position, so you will be constantly on the road developing your territory with the support of the Managing Director.
You will need to be comfortable with 2-3 interstate trips per year.
You will need to have sales experience within the hospitality industry, ideally you will have sold to Café’s or Restaurants.
This is an autonomous role so you will need to have experience as a field sales professional and be able to talk through previous sales performance against targets, KPIS’etc.
Suitable backgrounds could be hospitality equipment, food, beverage, bedding, linen etc.
