This is a newly created role, due to an internal promotion. As Marketing Manager, you will have full responsibility for all communications, both digital and traditional and cover brand positioning, creative, lead generation, creation of industry leading integrated campaigns to build the inbound pipeline and support sales throughout the client lifecycle.

This role is varied so must apply a wide working knowledge across the entire marketing mix to generate interest. This could span setting the events plan and delivering product launches, all the way through to segmentation of marketing data and co-ordination of all our sales support activity. As Marketing Manager you’ll also be the guardian of our brand, ensuring our client are represented professionally across all customers and markets.

The Role: As Digital Marketing Manager this is an opportunity to be highly influential with a tightly knit and successful marketing team. The role is responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the annual communications plan to drive new business targets, strengthen brand positioning and assist client retention.
  • Owning the entire customer-facing experience and defining a plan which improves the experience along each stage in the conversion pipeline. Segment and define in order to deliver the right message at the right time, via the right channels to specific personas
  • Overseeing the development of multimedia propositions to help lead generation efforts, working across design development, messaging, content creation, communication and sales consultation
  • Acting as owner for large special projects to support overall demand generation in line with our business strategy.
  • Defining and delivering the events calendar, ensuring positive brand engagement and business ROI.
  • Evaluating and agree an overall targeting and segmentation strategy to maximise marketing ROI.
  • Being the guardian of the company’s brand proposition and ensure messaging is on-brand and consistent across all touchpoints, online and offline.
  • Producing a suitable range of sales support collateral, including presentation templates and ensure awareness and availability of key company collateral for the sales team.

They have evolved from less than 10 employees to over 300 with over 3,500 facilities nationwide and are part of a FTSE 100 company. They have experienced 30% annual growth and are looking to support this by expanding their product offering. They have recently evolved into a technology business, offering innovative contact free payment solutions, apps as well as the provision of electric vehicle charge points and subscription-based data analytics.

For this job, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
