The Role: This medical information publisher are looking to hire a Marketing Manager whose objective will be to grow their subscriber audience in order to boost inbound enquiries from new and existing clients. Our client’s goal is to be known as the ‘go to place’ for medical professionals across Europe by 2025, making this is a truly exciting time to join them. The successful candidate will own develop and execute the marketing plan that will focus on unique website visitors and an increase in journal subscribers. This is a great opportunity to bring in a creative marketing approach, in order to meet the above objectives, new ideas and innovation will be key. Responsibilities for the position of Marketing Manager

  • Create and own all email acquisition and nurture campaigns, including CRM segmentation.
  • Landing page testing and redeveloping the website across WordPress, including SEO strategy and implementation
  • Management of social media accounts
  • Content creation and copywriting for sales enablement purposes. Design experience a benefit
  • Track and analyse conversions, leads and website performance
  • Line management of a Marketing Coordinator
  • Monitoring of campaign performance, ensuring key feedback is passed to relevant stakeholders to assist with future decision-making
  • Work with the Digital and Data Innovation Manager to develop an understanding of the audience, engagement levels and the quality of data held

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Relevant experience in a full mix marketing role
  • At least 5 years of B2B Marketing experience Both hands on and strategic experience
  • Significant knowledge and experience of digital marketing, particularly email and social media channels and how to optimise
  • Superb English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent at building strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience in a results driven marketing environment with an ability to articulate and focus upon ROI at all times (ability to articulate CPA, MQL’s SQL’s and lead scoring)
  • Excellent experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot, Eloqua or Marketo)

The Package for Marketing Manager

  • Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
