The role of Marketing Manager –

Our client is looking for an experienced and confident Marketing Manager to deliver innovative international marketing campaigns to achieve event and publishing targets in one of the divisions. You will work closely with the sales team, and wider divisions to ensure the campaigns are successful and generating enough leads. The marketing manager will need to organise their time wisely to guarantee that the campaigns are executed at the correct time.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager –

  • Implementation of communications plan – direct mail, email, advertising, website and telemarketing to ensure all communication is delivered to an agreed timescale and within budget
  • Liaise with other departments, including design and production, sales, systems, conference and web team
  • Brief creative teams, design direction of advertising, brochures and other sales collateral
  • Negotiation of media and association partnerships
  • Event support, including manning stands, media coordination and registration

To be considered for the role you must have –

  • Impeccable English (additional languages, especially Spanish are a strong advantage)
  • Experience of marketing of exhibitions. Experience of marketing publications would be an advantage.
  • Excellent proofreading skills
  • Financial/budget management experience
  • A good understanding of digital marketing options

With its head office in London, it also has offices in Chicago, Boca Raton, Shanghai, Dubai Mexico City and Istanbul.

Total package –

  • Basic salary – £35,000 – £40,000
  • 15% bonus
  • Flexible working

Location of Marketing Manager –

The role will be based in London, Hammersmith
