As a Marketing Executive, no two days are the same! We’ll need your analytical and creative skills to develop B2B and B2C marketing programmes to increase brand awareness, drive leads for new candidates and clients, and engage our existing audiences.

We need someone who has strong copywriting and content skills, adept at tailoring messaging across a broad range of channels – website, social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook) and email, and someone who has worked closely with sales teams to drive qualified leads (both B2B and B2C).

Someone with an understanding and working experience of Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress and Google Analytics is extremely beneficial, but if you have used similar tools and platforms these can be taught.

You’ll liaise with our sales and recruitment teams across the UK to understand the markets we operate in and the audiences we speak to and engage with to help build more specific campaigns.

Other than that… We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic person to join our growing Marketing team, someone who can be an ambassador of the BMS Performance brand and add value to our audience outreach. If that’s you, we’d love to chat.
