The Role: Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Assistant to join their team. This international recruitment business has a superb reputation in the marketplace and the opportunities they can offer their marketing team are considerable. They have experienced double digit growth since 2010 and have created this brand-new position to further support the sales team with first class content and comms.

This role specialises in driving engagement both internally and externally, with you being responsible for writing and posting engaging content, social and email campaigns and assisting with wider marketing responsibilities including events.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Content writing with a particular focus on blogs and news content, internal comms and support with writing award entries.
  • Job advertising – writing and posting. Running reports on ROI and performance
  • Email marketing – campaign creation, execution and reporting.
  • Management of all social media channels and producing content of posts for all platforms.
  • Assisting the wider sales and recruitment team with CV Formatting.
  • Assisting seasonal/ad hoc administrative tasks related to marketing.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Essential:

  • 1 year+ experience within a marketing role.
  • Experienced with writing content, preferably both short form for social media / email posts and long form for blog writing.
  • Experienced in working to deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Experience within recruitment / a comparable B2B marketplace involving close work alongside a sales team.
  • Understanding of PPC.
