The Role

The key focus of the role is to grow sales of our clients’ vast range of high quality industrial adhesives and sealants to an established customer base of national industrial consumable and MRO distributors across either the southern or northern half of the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and network at multiple levels within customers including procurement, branch managers and sales
  • Visit end user customers in conjunction with distribution sales representatives
  • Provide customer technical support
  • Introduction and promotion of new product lines

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have sold products to major industrial, MRO distributors or motor factors
  • Proven track record of achieving profitable growth targets
  • Able to learn about and demonstrate technical products
  • Initiative and able to work independently
  • Tenacious, hungry and dynamic
  • Must be well presented, ambitious, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Driving licence

Key Account Manager

  • £45,000 base salary, plus 18% bonus uncapped
