· 100% warm leads from marketing

· Uncapped commission

Internal Sales Consultant – candidate driven, warm leads

Up to £30,000 per annum + c£12k OTE (this is uncapped)

Healthcare, wellbeing package, life insurance, share options, dental plan, annual leave trading, product discounts, standard pension of 3% just from the company but can opt-in to a matching pension of up to 16%

The Role:

  • Delivering outstanding consultative sales activity and prospective student activation and achieving recruitment targets for a portfolio of programmes.
  • The role will be working on warm leads of prospective students who have shown initial interest in a specific Masters course wither full or part time and recruiting them onto the programme.

Where you will be dealing with warm leads, do not mistake this for an administration role – you will need to be consultative, influence and sell the benefits to the individuals. It can be a big decision for prospective students and it is your role to find there motivators and drivers and the benefits against these of investing in themselves would be beneficial to them

The Person:

You will enjoy working with people and enjoy digging into the needs of the individual by open questions, influencing in a consultative manner and being able to manage workloads that will affect your future campaigns by pipeline management.
