Candidate Location: Cheshire

Salary: £30,000 basic / £5K OTE year 1 / £10K OTE year 2 UNCAPPED

THE ROLE: This is an incredibly exciting and rare opportunity to build a brand new sales team. You will be involved with setting strategy, processes, performance metrics and recruitment for 6 inside sales professionals. Your team will be calling on existing customers to upsell and cross sell additional products and services, the team will also be responsible for generating new business which they may bring on board directly or setup an appointment for the field sales team to close. Once you have recruited your team your day to day will involve coaching, supporting and driving your team to exceed targets.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • You must have previous b2b sales experience, have a successful track record of achievement
  • You must either be in a management role currently or looking for a step up into a management position
  • We are looking for candidates that understand the sales process, have commercial acumen, confident, professional and articulate
