HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – £43K£47K + £10K OTE + excellent benefits

Candidate location: commutable to office in East Midlands

Salary: £43,000-£47,000 + £10,000 OTE

Consulting with a variety of clients delivering high-end factory and process automation equipment, you can expect a basic salary of up to £47K coupled with on target opportunities of an additional £10K.

THE ROLE: Driving customer relationships and selling a range of factory and process automation equipment, you will be charged with managing a base of distributors across the UK. Although 85% of your time will be spent developing the UK’s distribution base, you will also be required to visit end user OEM accounts to drive customer relationships and customer engagement. This is an exciting, brand new position designed to deliver a change management program at a time of significant business growth. Leading a small team, this role is to further market share and improve customer relationships and engagement.

THE PERSON:

  • Experience delivering a change management program
  • Working experience within a service industry
  • Experience driving customer relationships and have operated an NPS system
  • Possess strong commercial and business awareness
  • Ability to upsell

THE PACKAGE FOR HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Salary: £43,000 – £47,000
