FMCG Field Sales – £32K + 5K OTE + Car & Excellent Benefits

Candidate Location: Bury St Edmunds

Salary: £32,000 basic + £5,000 commission

The Role: The field sales representative will be tasked with managing an existing portfolio of independent retail customers across Bury St Edmunds. Conducting multiple store visits a day, you will be responsible for retailer education, such as training store staff on brand retention, gaining market share, merchandising and marketing the products effectively. Selling a wide range of tobacco brands, vape liquids and add-ons you will upsell and develop strong relationship with business owners, their employees and wholesalers.

For this graduate position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Recent Graduate (18/19/20)
  • Any B2B face to face sales experience
  • Experience of selling into independent retailers is a bonus
  • Must be enthusiastic, well presented, articulate and hard working
  • Live on territory
  • Minimum 2 years driving licence with no more than 3 points
