As a Graduate Sales Engineer, who are you?
- You have graduated with a degree in a STEM subject (minimum 2.2) within the last 2 years.
- A graduate with a burning desire to play a key part in the growth of an exciting business.
- You possess a genuine desire to promote a sustainable solution.
- You are coachable: You are not expected to start with all the answers. You will be trained and put in a position to succeed. We just need you to be open to trying new (and potentially uncomfortable at first) things and you will be taught the rest along the way.
- You are prepared to undertake apprenticeship training.
- You can work autonomously.
- You have a full driving license.
The role: Due to continued success, the decision has been made to employ a Graduate Sales Engineer, who will help to drive the business forwards. Providing pioneering solutions that allow manufacturing businesses to recycle and reuse wastewater efficiently, this is a technical solutions-based role consulting with senior individuals within PLC’s.
- Engaging with senior level decision makers

Our client: Their technology has been perfected over the last 11 years and provides an innovative solution to treating waste water, which is produced as a by-product of manufacturing processes. Having received an injection of VC funding they are now looking to grow their graduate sales engineering operation. The Package for this Graduate Sales Engineering role:
- £22,000 Basic
- £5,000 Bonus
