The Role: Working alongside the Sales Director you will spend the first 6 months based from the office undergoing extensive product and sales training. Spending time in all departments including sales, marketing, manufacturing, installation and service you will need to be able to absorb engineering solutions. Offering highly technical solutions for a variety of industrial weighing applications you will begin your career dealing with simple technical enquiries and producing quotations. Taking to design engineers daily, you will progress into a customer facing sales engineer within 2 years where you will be responsible for closing high value technical deals.
