Mitsubishi Electric is looking to add four aspiring trainees who wish to pursue a career as a Graduate Sales Engineer to their Diamond Link Training Academy for 2018.

This world class programme will include extensive mentoring and structured APS (Association of Professional Sales) Graduate Sales training.

The Role of Graduate Sales Executive: You will spend the first part of the programme in numerous product and sales training courses delivered at Mitsubishi Electric UK head office.

Once you start to develop the right skills and aptitude for the role you will be assigned a sales region and a Graduate Sales Mentor who will guide you closely in all aspects of the commercial operation.

Based from home you will report into a regional office weekly but spend the majority of your time in face to face sales meetings.

The basis of this Graduate Sales Executive position is to deal with customers on a daily basis to identify problems and provide a range of control solutions to help automate any production environment.

With responsibility for the whole sales process you will need to uncover opportunities, present engineering solutions and close sales with procurement teams.

The Company: As global manufacturer Mitsubishi Electric Automation Systems Division has been supplying automation products and solutions to the UK for over 35 years. They support industries such as water, food and beverage, process, packaging, rail and pharmaceutical. The Diamond Link Training Academy is a new and exciting concept for four candidates with engineering backgrounds who want to pursue a sales career with unlimited career progression.

Location: this is a field sales position with a territory covering Birmingham – Warwickshire – Buckinghamshire – Oxfordshire – Northamptonshire – Hertfordshire
