The Company: A marketing leading technology company delivering specialist security solutions into a variety of markets. Recently voted into the ‘Top 100 profit track ‘ones to watch’ list’, this established business is looking grow rapidly by recruiting 8 new graduates. With a high focus on advising, guiding and supporting clients in decisions, their exceptional bespoke products allow them to meet the needs of clients.

Role Summary: As a graduate business development executive you will be placed on your own individual development plan. You will develop product knowledge and learn about sales process. You will deliver outcomes through telephone prospecting activities and work to advise, guide and support clients into making decisions.

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, who are you?

  • You have already graduated from university within the last 2 years
  • You have a full UK driving license
  • You want to kick start your career in sales and are a fantastic relationship builder
  • You have somewhere between 0-2 years of experience working whilst studying or post university
  • You have grit: You have the grit and stamina to continue when the going gets tough and you face rejection.
  • You have an abundance of natural curiosity: Always asking why or perhaps slightly more in depth enquiries. Either way, you are an intellectually curious life-long learner who looks to continuously self-improve.
  • You are coachable: You are not expected to start with all the answers. You will be trained and put in a position to succeed.
  • You are a natural competitor: You want to win, but not at the expense of your team.

As a Graduate Business Development Executive the package you will receive is:

  • £22,500 Basic Salary+ £10,500 comission

  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

First 6 months

  • Learn a lot!
  • Develop the imperative skills to further your career in sales
  • Get fantastic commercial exposure
  • Generate new leads for the business

Next 6-12 months

  • Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month
  • Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
  • Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
