Field Service Manager – £50k – £52k basic + £4K OTE + Car & Excellent Benefits

Candidate Location: South East England

Salary: £50,000 basic + £5,000 commission

The Role: As the Field Service Manager, you will have lead the service team throughout the South East of England. You will have 2 direct reports, with 12 field engineers on the team, as well as responsibility for a National Service Specialist, so some travel throughout the UK is expected. You will have responsibility for setting the strategy of the service team in the area, managing quality, driving improvement and have a say in national operations.

Their products are known for their quality, and the company delivers on their promise of excellent service to customers through expert installation, maintenance and repair of the equipment

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Experience of managing a field-based service team
  • An electrical engineering background
  • Must be enthusiastic, dynamic, hands on and passionate about improving results
  • Live in the South East of England
