Their products have won many awards including BSI accreditations and they have an outstanding client base within local government, NHS and private care companies. They are now looking to recruit Business Development Managers to target high growth market sectors such as hospitality, retail and events to name a few.

The Role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting for new business using a multi-channel approach centred around social media, videos, email campaigns and automation. This isn’t a phone bashing new business role. The Business Development Manager will be engaging with decision makers at Director level including; MD’s, IT, Finance and Procurement. The sales process can be completed via video or face to face and usually involves a trial period of the technology & solutions which is followed up on by the Business Development Manage to close the sale.

Package: £30 – £35K, £15K OTE, car allowance, pension, 25 days holiday, work from home

For this Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have at least 1 year of sales experience selling B2B or B2C selling any product, service or solution
  • Tenacious, well presented, creative, takes the initiative and is a self-starter.
