Hunter sales role

The Company:

Established over 10 years ago and aiming to deliver another 25% growth this year. They are a digital transformation company and are a huge player in the space helping business such as Barclays move to the cloud, HSBC create their banking app and even created the software for the Kiosk’s at McDonalds.

The Role:

A position created and perfect for the true hunter salesperson. You will be purely focused in bring in new business, whilst still getting paid on recurring revenue, someone else will look after the account so you can focus on signing on new FTSE 250 companies. You’ll have full pre-sales support with a designated rep to support you on each meeting. There’s also an inside sales and marketing team who will be providing you with leads to follow up on

The Candidate:

You’ll need to have a proven track record selling services with a good understand of how to leverage the public cloud, closing enterprise sized deals is preferred but definitely not a prerequisite. Desire to succeed and money motivation is crucial, with the superb commission scheme on offer, why wouldn’t you want to make the most of it? Finally, you need to be an autonomous worker, there isn’t a huge support network here so you’ll need to be comfortable doing a lot of things on your own.

Base £100-£120k, OTE £180-£200k uncapped
