Already well established as a vendor, the new Partner Marketing Manager will be a key member of the rapidly growing Partner organization within the business. You will be responsible for executing partner marketing initiatives in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) with responsibility for planning, execution and reporting of marketing programs, campaigns and events to partners and through/with partners to end prospects.

Already well established as a vendor, the new Partner Marketing Manager will be a key member of the rapidly growing Partner organization within the business. You will be responsible for executing partner marketing initiatives in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) with responsibility for planning, execution and reporting of marketing programs, campaigns and events to partners and through/with partners to end prospects.

The emphasis of this role will be driving end-customer demand generation activities with partners in alignment with corporate and partner sales objectives. This is a results-driven role where MQLs, QSOs, and PDRs are fundamental metrics of success.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Executing the partner communications plan, including social, media and email content creation, proofing, scheduling, sending, and reporting.
  • Planning the support of partner marketing objectives and timescales.
  • Working with Global Partner Marketing and Field Marketing teams to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns to drive MQLs and PDRs.
  • Ownership of campaign promotions such the ‘Free Trial Campaign in a Box’ with a focus on ensuring widespread adoption amongst partners globally.
  • Driving partner portal enhancements and adoption based on Partner team requirements and feedback Reporting and providing analysis of all partner marketing activity.
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of data and use of business intelligence to drive focused marketing messages.
  • Auditing and tracking of partner content to ensure brand compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements for the position of EMEA Partner Marketing Manager include:

Essential:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B high tech/SaaS partner marketing and channel programs.
  • Experience with building Partner GTM models including resellers, distributors, consultants, systems, integrators, CIO advisories, and Managed Service Providers with proven success of driving execution.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with comfort level presenting to business owners and senior management.
  • Must be an independent, flexible self-starter with high-energy and a growth mindset who can build rapport and drive execution with Partner managers and Partner business owners.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent Marketing experience
  • Writing and copy-editing skills, especially the ability to translate themes and topics into specific assets and deliverables content.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in the monitoring market segment and/or with cloud platform vendors (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, OpenShift) or DevOps providers.
  • Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau skills and experience.
  • Spanish, Portuguese or Italian language skills.

The Package:

  • Salary: £70k-£90k
  • 25 days holiday, gym membership, pension, healthcare.

Location: The position of EMEA Partner Marketing Manager is based in Maidenhead with the option of working from home 1-2 days a week. You will be expected, Global Pandemic travel restrictions depending, to travel within the EMEA region approximately 10%-20% of the time.
