This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic B2C focused leisure business during a time of significant growth and ambitious expansion into new markets. Responsible for devising and implementing the online strategy for the company, you’ll be planning and executing tactical digital marketing campaigns, content and design across all digital channels. You’ll be joining an existing team in a new role with a brief to grow further in the short term.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop, implement and manage the UK digital marketing plan to deliver sales, visitors and customer growth through SEO, PPC, affiliates, email, paid social and display advertising
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns from concept to delivery including tracking, attribution and review
  • Manage, coach and develop the digital marketing team
  • Ensure all digital channels are performing against target and achieving effecting ROI
  • Manage email marketing from planning to send and create a programme of test activity and new initiatives to mine the customer database for increased ROI
  • Development of a continuous test & learn approach to all acquisition channels to ensure they are fully optimized and driving the maximum return for the business
  • Manage, through agency, the digital media investment across all paid media
  • Define budgets across all performance channels and forecast the business contribution of each
  • Identify new opportunities recurrently (campaigns, new channels, different execution) to maximize traffic and drive revenue
  • Own reporting & analysis on acquisition channel activity against KPI’s ensuring performance clearly communicated to key business stakeholders as relevant
  • Use data & analysis to further decision making and present this data in a meaningful way to key stakeholders to help influence future activity initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and optimise the online user experience

We’re looking for a commercially focused Digital Marketing specialist with previous experience leading a team. You’ll bring a track record of achieving KPI’s across conversion rates, CPA, and turnover
