The Role of Digital Marketing Manager:

The Digital Marketing Manager role will report to the Head of Digital Marketing Operations for this organisation and will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising customer centric digital user journeys to increase lead conversion and customer retention.

The company needs someone that has a passion for email marketing, marketing automation and UX so that relevant marketing campaigns can be built in order to meet the objective above. The company is looking for someone who has a commercial mindset, who will never lose sight of revenue targets and will work towards meeting their digital KPIs.

The role will have core objectives of:

  • Increasing website traffic through automation campaigns
  • Improving quality of website traffic
  • Improving onsite conversion of traffic to acquire and retain customers
  • Core KPI’s – traffic, registrations, logins, paywall hits, on-line sales
  • Develop improved customer journey and user experience through testing and analytics

The successful candidate will have strong experience using marketing automation platforms in order to create highly targeted campaigns. Reporting on campaign performance to find areas of improvement is key!

Responsibilities for the position of Digital Marketing Manager include:

  • Map, build and document the customer journey
  • Provide insights on campaign performance to improve KPIs
  • Design the contact strategy for different customer groups to increase lead conversion and customer retention
  • Drive a higher level of product engagement by creating eye catching campaigns
  • Suggest and make appropriate changes to the website in order to improve UX
  • Building stakeholder relationships in the team and across the global offices

To be considered for the role of Digital Marketing Manager you must have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B digital marketing role
  • Strong experience of email marketing
  • Experience in using an email automation platform (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua)
  • A strong personality and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
