The role of Digital Marketing Manager is wide spanning, with a focus on PPC, SEO and paid social channels. You will also utilise email campaigns to support the major functions. The Digital Marketing Manager will report directly into the CMO and be one of two new hires. Your primary objective will be to utilise digital channels to generate leads and to oversee the sales funnel. The Digital Marketing Manager will also make use of datasets, Salesforce and HubSpot.

This is a technical hands-on digital role, it needs someone that is a digital marketing expert, ideally with hands-on experience of digital, and someone that can set the SEM strategy.

Responsibilities for the role of Senior Digital Marketing Manager include:

  • Develop the strategy for digital go-to-market campaigns
  • Run PPC campaigns – incorporate A/B testing, analyse campaigns and continue to optimise
  • Employ HubSpot, Salesforce and datasets to generate successful email campaigns
  • Manage SEO campaigns – ensure website content is up to date and SEO friendly
  • Mastermind social media campaigns, both paid and organic
  • Utilise google analytics to monitor and investigate data for the website – organic traffic, landing pages, bounce rates, time on site, and specific marketing channel success
  • Building stakeholder relationships in the team and across UK offices

To be considered for the role of Digital Marketing Manager, you must have:

  • 2-5 years’ experience B2B digital marketing
  • Worked for a SaaS / technology or Prop-tech business
  • Experience in running successful campaigns that drive web traffic
  • Superb communication skills
  • Analytically minded in order to assess campaign performance, making changes where required
  • A relevant degree in business or marketing is preferable

The Package for Digital Marketing Manager includes:

  • Salary of £38-44k
