The Role of Digital Marketing Manager: Responsible for Demand Generation, and growing revenue through digital media. Extracting and analysing data across multiple media channels to drive an ambitious organic growth agenda.

  • Manage strategy and execution of all inbound marketing channels
  • Support Marketing team in both strategic and tactical planning
  • Collaborate with key Sales Channel Partners globally on paid media and content strategy
  • Establish goals, KPIs, measure success and ROI across digital marketing activities
  • Provide training and work with Marketing Managers and Product Managers
  • Lead the assessment of digital sales channels as part of ongoing Go-to-Market strategy
  • Align all digital platforms – website, social, email and CRM
  • Develop brand awareness through digital transformation
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Drive changes to strategy based on data
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate

Requirements for the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Degree level qualification in marketing, business or similar
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and a track record of success
  • Solid understanding of B2B digital marketing
  • Have experience in eCommerce and managing eCommerce platforms
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Experienced working with a CRM system, ERP system, and Power BI
  • Provide digital training to others including CRM systems
  • A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools
  • Data-driven thinking
  • Fluent written and verbal proficiency in English is required
