The role of the Digital Customer Insights Lead:

The Company is looking to hire an experienced marketer with experience translating digital insights into usable commercial decision-making advice.

Responsibilities for the position of Digital Customer Insights Lead include:

  • Analysis of digital journeys – traffic, pages, engagement, downloads etc
  • Identify gaps, drop-offs or opportunities to improve
  • Data – behavioural insights, segmentation, visualisation
  • Communicate and consultation with marketing function to advise and support
  • Champion the Digital voice of the customer internally and externally

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Digital Marketing Experience – B2B or B2C
  • Love figuring out what customers are doing online and why
  • Strong communication skills to be able to translate data into actions
  • Experience of User Journeys / User Experience and Design useful

The Package for Digital Customer Insights Lead:

  • Salary: £55,000-£65,000
  • 12% Bonus, Car, Pension, 25 days holiday

Location: The position of Digital Customer Insights Lead can be based remotely with flex to work from the office
