The Role: The Digital Content Specialist will be reporting into the Head of Marketing, working alongside a direct team of 4 with a wider marketing team of 30. You will be responsible for improving the brands reputation and increasing its reach, which in turn will drive leads and engagement. You will generate this interest by management of the companies CMS. You will create engaging and well researched content and copy, including use of Adobe InDesign and video production software. You will be predominantly be creating blog posts, thought provoking articles, one pager’s, videos and thought leadership pieces, targeting potential clients and candidates and engaging with clients within the healthcare sector.

Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the content strategy
  • Create and curate a suiteof engaging content – blog articles, web landing pages, thought-leadership articles, support material
  • Research a develop thought provoking content to all levels of healthcare professionals
  • Construct industry specific collateral to support brand awareness

Requirements for the role of Digital Content Specialist include:

  • Experience in creating content and copy for marketing purposes
  • Competent with design and video editing software
  • Experience managing content and copy on a CMS system
  • Ability to amend tone of voice for different audiences
  • A relevant degree is preferable

The Package for Digital Content Specialist:

  • £30,000 – £35,000 + 15% bonus
