The Company:

Thriving IT consulting firm with an impressive Enterprise Client list is looking to hire a demand generation marketing manager to help with lead generation for their successful sales team. This business has a significant emphasis on culture with a supportive and team orientated approach that encourages people with a growth mindset to take ownership of their role.

The Role of Demand Generation Marketing Manager:

A hands-on role, planning and building demand generation to find leads for the UK and Middle East sales teams. An excellent opportunity for a B2B demand generation marketer who will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and managing senior stakeholders within the business. The Head of Marketing needs someone with experience of generating enterprise-level leads and someone who enjoys working closely with their sales team to deliver results. The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will take ownership of the lead generation pipeline, setting up ABM programme, content creation, email marketing, webinars, sales enablement, website and social media. Supported by a Graphic Designer, Digital Marketing Manager and Content Marketing manager.

Responsibilities for the position of Demand Generation Marketing Manager

  • Create, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Content Marketing – plan, create and develop thought leadership content
  • Generating highly qualified leads for the sales team
  • Reporting on annual and quarterly targets
  • Running end to end process from inception to analytics and ROI
  • Grow the sales pipeline with qualified leads and identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to generate content and leads

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience for a tech business
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding ROI across all channels
  • Proven and up to date knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practice
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP beneficial

The Package for Senior Marketing Manager:

  • Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
  • 20 days holiday
  • Stakeholder Pension

Location: The position of Demand Generation Marketing Manager – Reading Office 1 per week
