The Role: Your role as a Customer Success Manager will see you engaging at all levels of influencers and decision makers within a set number of accounts a mid to enterprise level across UK & EMEA. You will be responsible for working closely with key clients ensuring they are utilising a simple, effective and smart File Sharing solution helping them work and collaborate more efficiently, saving time, increasing quality and ultimately making more profitable revenue.

Having seen a string of successes they now seek to develop their post sales function accordingly. The provide a critically acclaimed enterprise file sharing solution and collaboration tool to enable business to increase their flexibility and agility whilst remaining secure and safe in the knowledge they are protected from outside threats.

For this Customer Success Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Customer Success experience within a tech led environment
  • Credible and able to deal at all levels including C-Level
  • Independent and Organised
  • Possess a desire to carve a career and be success motivated

Location: The position of Customer Success Manager is covering the UK however requires regular travel to London and Berkshire so access is paramount. Your location could be Reading, Slough, Richmond, Twickenham, London, Guildford, Ascot, Bracknell, Windsor or any town with good rail links.
