Customer Development Manager – FMCG / Food

The role: Representing a market leading food service company, this outstanding opportunity for a Customer Development Manager will be responsible for developing the market share and profitability by proactively managing existing client relationships and delivering revenue and margin growth. The successful Customer Development Manager will need to be someone who thrives on responsibility and ownership in a customer facing role and someone who is dynamic yet ambitious for progress and change. It’s vital for the candidate to have account manager experience, as they will inherit a well-established and successful client base.

Requirements for the Customer Development Manager role:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in account management
  • Proactive and responsive
  • Being able to understand and read customers
  • Maintain and build relationships
  • Fully proficient in all Office 365 applications
  • Works well under pressure, and able to meet deadlines

The package for the Customer Development Manager:
