The Role: In this newly created role you will join a data driven, fast paced & ambitious marketing team whose focus is supporting the business with their revenue targets through the creation of highly qualified MQLs. As the CRM Manager you will use your expertise in marketing automation in order to create timely, engaging, segmented communications to drive engagement and support the sales funnel, as well as defining a dynamic strategy to maximise retention. This role will also be responsible for the day to day management of a CRM executive – extensive management experience is not required. The automation tool that is being used by our client is Pardot.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish a close working relationship with key stakeholders within the business, in particular the sales and customer success teams, driving MQLs and SQLs for both new business and cross and upsell to existing clients
  • Collaborating with the brand marketing teams to define and deliver roadmaps of CRM campaign activity.
  • Planning CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all digital touchpoints alongside the Brand Marketing teams.
  • Creating regular CRM campaign & digital product performance analysis, providing insights and making recommendations to key stakeholders and the wider business.
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry innovations and technologies.

Requirements for the position of CRM Manager include:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience , with at least 3 years involving CRM campaign activities at manager level.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape with previous experience launching multi-channel digital propositions that have delivered key business impact.
  • Key experience of delivering and optimising key Digital & CRM concepts such as (but not exclusively) automation, integration & segmentation.
  • Previous experience with ESP systems is essential, such as Pardot, ideally with some understanding of Email design including HTML & CSS.
  • Clear understanding on how CRM tools work alongside other components
  • Experience of people management and mentoring is desirable

The Package for CRM Manager :

  • Salary: £45k-£55k
  • Bonus: 5%

Location: The position of CRM Manager is based in Central London with some flex for working from home.
