The role: The Commercial Marketing Manager will take the lead role in offering our clients customers end-to-end engagement along their buying journey. The role will have a mixture of objectives that will include providing content to bring in more of the right customers at the top of the funnel whilst nurturing and accelerating the revenue pipeline. Our client wants someone who will deliver sophisticated outbound and inbound marketing campaigns and develop a deep understanding of their customers and their needs.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Marketing Manager:

  • Bring an innovative approach that will allow the business to connect with their customer’s needs and commercial drivers. The creation of exceptional buying journey campaigns will be the key to success
  • Work closely with commercial function in order to develop marketing activities, customer behaviours and share KPIs that will ensure alignment and accountability from all stakeholders
  • Develop high quality sales pipeline, utilising data and evaluating trends to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and create a smoother buying process
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer buyer journey and the relevant touchpoints that will enable the creation of a high quality roadmap and action plan.

To be considered you must have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing demand generation or lead management function, with a successful track record of delivering strong customer value
  • Experience running successful paid digital campaigns that include PPC, Display and Social Media
  • Deep understanding of the buyer customer journey and decision making framework to build relevant campaign content and touchpoints through marketing automation.

The package:

  • Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
  • Flexible working

Location: The position of Commercial Marketing Manager is bas in London 3 days a week.
